Vers 18h je reçois un coup de fil du chef de chantier, parce qu'il y a eu une fuite dans l'appartement d'au-dessus. Heureusement à première vue il n'y a pas de dégâts, pas gros du moins.
En grande partie parce que la fuite a eu lieu dans la buanderie et non dans une autre pièce.
Ensuite parce qu'il n'y avait pas grand chose dans cette pièce, et que les murs ne sont pas encore peints (enfin, juste une couche de fond). Il paraît que je dois voir comment ça évolue, et envoyer la facture au cas où il y a des choses à réparer/remplacer.
L'eau a coulé via le trou d'arrivée des fils de la lampe, et dans le coin où est l'emplacement de la machine à laver :



Ils ont tout nettoyé, et laissé un seau (enfin, mon seau ) sous la lampe vu que quelques gouttes tombent encore :



La seule vraie victime est l'emballage des carrelages restants. L'aspirateur qui était tout près ne semble avoir été victime que d'éclaboussures (à tester plus tard, j'attends quand même que ça sèche au cas où de l'eau est allée dedans), et le reste était sur l'étagère.
